About This Project
World Land Trust is an international conservation charity which helps ‘protect and sustainably manage natural ecosystems of the world’. They do a wonderful job acquiring land or helping with funding, tree planting, natural regeneration, reducing emissions, reserve management and other tasks which help preserve some of the most precious places on the planet.
Landmark has been very pleased to work with WLT at their Kites Hill Reserve in Gloucestershire. This was previously a farm which was donated by its owner and is now a haven for wildlife following the introduction of an organic farming programme.
FSC English oak signage perfectly complements this very special setting, with engraved and painted entrance signs and waymarker posts installed to welcome and guide visitors. The County range Brecon ladder sign and Oxford waymarker posts were used.
We are looking forward to working at some of their other sites – for example, Kasanka National Park in Zambia and Caucasus Wildlife Refuge in Armenia, to name two!
