About This Project
It was one of ‘those’ phone calls at midday on Friday – can you deliver a Covid VacHub on Monday?
Of course, the answer was yes, then we worked out how to do it.
Thirteen working hours later, we started installation, and by 7pm Monday it was ready.
Salford Royal is a busy 700-bed hospital with over 7,000 staff serving a population of 240,000 in Salford, Greater Manchester and beyond. The hospital has been selected as one of the first 50 designated hospital vaccine hubs across the country to lead in this enormous vaccination programme.
Landmark is privileged to have worked with the incredibly dedicated staff here, as well as the neighbouring Trusts, since March 2020, supplying polycarbonate hygiene screens to help protect frontline staff.
The Covid VacHub system is a versatile post-mounted screen system which comes in multiple sizes and formats. It’s flexible, adaptable, affordable and – thankfully – available at amazingly short notice! Quick to deploy and alter, thanks to the locking castor system, it can be moved around to change layouts and patient flows within seconds.

Another speedy project completed; the call came on Monday for 10 booths with fire-resistant hygienic flooring needed by… Wednesday!
The well-equipped gym has been kitted out with post-mounted screens from Landmark, which provide a discreet, portable and economical way of maintaining capacity while minimising the risk of cross-infection.
We surveyed the three hospitals and expedited the two urgent reception areas, delivering and installing the screens within a week. They were a mixture of stock and custom sizes and were installed by our own team.
Your project is our project, the Landmark team is waiting to hear from you…
