About This Project

Priors Hall Park is a beautiful new neighbourhood near Coby in Northamptonshire. With excellent rail, road and air connections combined with the landscaped open spaces it will eventually contain over 5300 homes.

Urban & Civic are the master developer and there are at least six developers working here to ensure a characterful and unique community that will develop over the years. These include well-known names such as Bovis Homes, Taylor Wimpey and David Wilson alongside others.

Landmark were privileged to work alongside Urban & Civic here to help fulfil their vision and supplied the furniture and lighting products. These include the well-known Mettro range (benches, tables, bins) with the Strato lampposts and Eye bollards providing gentle and precise lighting and you can see in the photographs how atmospheric it looks after dark!
